FIGO PET INSURANCE

Figo is a National Pet Insurance (yeah, who knew) and Pet Tech Company focused on making life easier for parents and their pets. I worked here four months at the very start of this startup’s journey. I wrote all the words for their website, tons of customer service emails that read less like an annoying robot and more like an irritating human. I also got to write the email and SMS script for the first-ever pet insurance A.I. chatbot, exciting. Here are two pages of their website, if you don’t feel like accepting the cookies on their page.
